Car Hire Menorca Rental Conditions

Price Includes

  • Unlimited Mileage

Price not Includes

  • Tow-away service due to client’s negligence
  • Lost, damage or broken keys and costs involved. Inadequate refuelling
  • Wind screen and crystals damage. Traffic fines. Damaged to rims and tires, flat tires.
  • Underneath of the vehicle and costs involved.
  • Cleaning and up holsters. Suzuki Vitara soft top, (current fares will be applied)

Insurance does not cover accidents or damages caused by driving under the influence of alcohol and/or another drugs.

Car Rental Conditions

  • Drivers must be over 21 years and must hold a valid driving license with one year minimum experience, depending on the car model the minimum required age is 25 years and 4 year experience. For drivers under 25 years, young drivers fee of 15.00€ per rental will apply. Photocopies are not accepted.
  • 59 minutes courtesy at returning time, passed this, one day rental cost will be charge.
  • No refunds given for unused days.
  • Vehicles can not be taken out of the island.

Pick up and drop off

  • only in our offices, during open time 09.00h to 12.00 and 17.00h to 20.00h.
  • Menorca Airport 07.00h to 22.00h. Out off hours pick up available under request only at the Airport office 22.00h to 07.00h. 25.00€ extra charge. Mandatory arrival flight number.
  • Ciutadella and Mahón Port Terminal deliveries are available, under request 25.00€ extra charge will be applied, (mobile phone required).  

Fuel Policy

  • Our prices not include fuel cost. For 6 or more day’s rentals, car will be delivered with a full tank and must be returned empty. The cost for the fuel is charged upon delivery. This amount depends on the model and engine type. Just as an example the approximated amount to be charge will be 55.00€ to 75.00€. Please note that there will be no refunds for unused fuel.
  • For less than 6 days rentals, cars must be returned with the same level of fuel as when collected.

Payment

  • Credit card will be required to cover responsibilities
  • Payment mandatory with credit card

Available extra services

  • Baby and Boosters seats: 3.50€ per day maximum 40.00€ per rental.
  • Extra driver: 2.50€ per day maximum 25.00€ per car.
  • Hotel deliveries are available under request, 25.00€ extra charge will be applied.
  • One Way (return the car in a different point): 30.00€ extra charge, for 5 days rental period or less, free for 6 or more days.
  • Optional Insurance for Wheels & Tyres (SRC): 25.00€ per rental.
  • Full coverage "Exclusions" (SCDW): 58.00€ per rental.
